We are glad to inform you that Professor Ramasubramanian, from IIT Mumbai, will speak on “Tracing the evolution of sine function in India: From finite numbers to infinite series” in the School of Mathematical Sciences, RKMVERI, Belur Math
 
Prof. Ramasubramanian holds a doctorate in Theoretical Physics from University of Madras. He has also obtained a Bachelors degree in Engineering (AMIE) from Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, and a Masters in Sanskrit from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati.
